- Team ko weekly targets dena aur performance evaluate karna
- Training, guidance aur field support provide karna
2. Market Development
- Market mapping: distributors, wholesalers, retailers ki identification
- New customers aur new outlets ko onboard karna
- Competitor activity monitor karna (rate, schemes, supply, branding)
3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Company ke monthly/quarterly sales targets achieve karna
- Daily sales report (DSR) check karna aur management ko update dena
- Pricing, schemes aur promotional offers implement karna
4. Branding & Promotion
- Allora Aqua ke liye marketing campaigns planning
- Hoardings, banners, shop branding aur sampling activities organize karna
- Social media presence ko improve karwana (agar required ho)
5. Distribution & Supply Coordination
- Stock availability ensure karna
- Dispatch, logistics aur route planning mein support dena
- Distributor aur dealer issues solve karna
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Market feedback collect karna
- Sales data analyze karke improvement plans banana
- Monthly MIS report prepare karna
