About the Role

E&S Food Technologies is expanding its marketing function and looking for a proactive Marketing Intern / Marketing Trainee who can support brand-building, content creation, digital presence enhancement, CRM updates, and research activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on learning in B2B marketing, branding, SEO content, and social media execution.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing and updating LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
  • Create and propose new social media post ideas aligned with brand tone.
  • Draft post captions, hashtags, and scheduling calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support community building.
  • Execute basic UGC (User Generated Content) and employee engagement activities.

2. Content Creation

  • Assist in creating blogs, articles, case studies, and emailer content.
  • Research and draft content for 4 monthly emailers.
  • Support in designing surveys and feedback forms.
  • Create draft posts for social media and internal announcements.

3. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct keyword research for SEO and social media content optimization.
  • Perform competitor analysis and weekly updates on trends and activities.
  • Track industry trends across food technology, processing machinery, and automation.
  • Compile market intelligence reports with actionable insights.

4. CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Support CRM data entry, lead categorization, funnel updates, and reporting.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting marketing files, reports, and brand assets.
  • Help in creating marketing dashboards with the consultant.

5. Brand Monitoring

  • Track brand mentions and references across digital platforms.
  • Maintain a media list for outreach and coverage opportunities.
  • Support PR outreach to relevant journalists, portals, and publications.

6. Event & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics with vendors for events and marketing activities.
  • Support marketing event planning and execution.
  • Assist with vendor follow-ups, quotes, and execution tracking.

Skills Required

  • Strong research abilities
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keywords
  • Content writing + storytelling inclination
  • Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, IG, FB)
  • Good communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with Figma is added advantage

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers encouraged; prior internship is a bonus.
