<Duties>

- Support content creation efforts by drafting engaging copy, designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, and managing content on WordPress or other content management systems.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and performance marketing improvements.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and implementing social media marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social channels.
- Assist in implementing marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the team on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) initiatives, including keyword bidding strategies and ad copy testing to maximize ROI.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data with SQL or similar tools, and enhancing user experience through HTML, CSS, or JavaScript adjustments.
<Skills>
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
- Experience with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Google Ads/Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns; experience with Facebook Advertising is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and data analysis.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual content.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to support email marketing efforts.
