As we accelerate our growth in the GCC, we’re hiring a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our marketing initiatives in the region.


What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Lead , you’ll report directly to the Co-CEO and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external agencies. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive:

  • Lead generation
  • Brand awareness
  • Regional sales growth

You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, from creating LinkedIn campaigns and writing posts, to managing HubSpot workflows and presenting results to leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email)
  • Manage the content calendar and publish posts, newsletters, and product updates
  • Run marketing automation flows and lead-nurturing journeys
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, engagement)
  • Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Translate technical content into clear market messaging
  • Coordinate with our marketing agency and internal teams across geographies
  • Ensure consistent brand execution based on Effisus' new identity


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Background in construction, building materials, or industrial tech
  • Proven hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Email automation tools
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocating quickly


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the GCC market
  • Master’s in Marketing, Digital, or Communications
  • Portuguese language skills
