We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to take full ownership of marketing initiatives in the GCC region. This is a strategic and operational role , ideal for a proactive, data-driven professional who wants to make a measurable impact in a growing international brand.
You will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns, manage content and marketing tools, coordinate with our agency, and ensure all efforts contribute directly to lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email)
- Manage the content calendar (posts, newsletters, product updates)
- Own marketing automation flows and lead nurturing journeys (HubSpot or similar)
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Track KPIs like conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and engagement
- Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions
- Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistent branding across channels (based on the new Effisus identity)
- Translate technical content into market-relevant messaging
- Support sales with brochures, presentations, and case studies
Coordination & Collaboration
- Be the main contact for the marketing agency (briefings, approvals, deadlines)
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams across regions
- Align marketing efforts with leadership and company goals
Requirements:
Must-Have
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Background in construction, building materials, or industrial technology
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Digital marketing tools
- Campaign management and automation
- CRM platforms and content creation
- Tools: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Highly proactive and independent, with a data-driven mindset
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with GCC markets
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Portuguese language skills
