Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our car rental services. Your key duties include:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Brand Management:

  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation across all channels.
  • Maintain consistent branding across online and offline platforms.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and lead generation.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on various platforms to improve satisfaction.

Partnerships:

  • Build relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other partners to promote services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience in the car rental, travel, or automotive industry is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
