As our new Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing brand launch and post launch marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns to be executed for all the new brands in the operating countries. You will be involved in Strategizing, Implementation, Execution and Post-evaluation of marketing plans based on brand requirements and discussions with key internal and external stakeholders

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
a. By working with the operations team, achieve the budgeted same store sales/growth
b. Drive new initiatives targeting at increasing the guest count.
c. Work with the operations to support the initiatives of increasing Average Unit Value
d. Ensure optimal spend of the Marketing Budget to ensure right returns
e. Ensure achievement of all campaigns based on the feasibility
f. Timely interpretation and extrapolation of campaign performance and drive ROI
g. Quarterly performance review of the marketing spent and the returns to the key stake holders.
Customer
a. Successful pre launch, grand opening and post opening campaigns to increase customer awareness and cement the brand positioning.
b. Proper implementation and execution of all customer touch points.
Internal Business Process
a. Work with Head of Marketing and create and execute the brand launch strategy
b. Development and implementation of the marketing calendar
c. Engage with all the stakeholders to drive brand and campaign discussions aligned with brand objectives in the market.
d. Work closely with Creative and Media agencies to ensure that planned communication objectives are executed in the markets as per expectations.
e. Ensure that all marketing campaigns and new product strategy is taken care of from conceptualization to execution.
f. Regular market visits to ensure that the campaign implementation and general store practices are as per guidelines.
g. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis and feedback.
h. Conduct thorough monthly competitor analysis from an in-store and communication (All Platforms) point of view keeping the key stakeholders abreast of up-to-date trends.
Recommend improvements/action points/learnings according to market trends.
i. Work in close co-ordination with the Operation heads to ensure that key brand messages are transferred to them effectively so that the same message is provided to the frontline ensuring communication consistency.
j. Follow all company policies as per DOA
People
a. Communicate professionally and in a courteous manner with all stakeholders
b. Establish positive relationships within and outside the marketing team
Other Initiatives
a. Prepare & finalize feasibility studies for the campaigns as per brand calendar requirements in close co-ordination with the country managers.
b. Close tracking of marketing budget to ensure that all the expenses are within budget and aligned with marketing objectives.
c. Regularly extract sales data and analyze product mix reports for all the countries. Monitor trends and suggest action/improvement plans.
d. Share intelligent and actionable insights with the key stakeholders to improve the brand performance in the region.
