Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the service sector. This role involves leading multi-channel marketing strategies, managing substantial budgets, and delivering measurable client growth in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies and plans for service-based clients (B2B or B2C).
• Budget Ownership: Define, manage, and optimize marketing budgets (QAR 1M+) across digital and traditional channels to maximize ROI.
• Performance Leadership: Oversee integrated campaign execution (PPC, SEO, Social, Email, HubSpot) and conduct advanced performance analysis (Google Analytics, CRM) to provide actionable insights.
• Team & Collaboration: Partner with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the service industry. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Core Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and data-driven approach. Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation, and Google Analytics.
• Location & Language: Must be based in Doha, Qatar, and fluent in English. Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
