We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, digital campaigns, and revenue-focused lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and a proven track record of driving business growth through integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Planning
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Brand Management
  • Build and strengthen a consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging aligned with company values and audience expectations.
  • Lead brand awareness initiatives and partnerships to reinforce market positioning in the industrial and technology domains.
  • Digital & Social Media Management
  • Oversee digital channels with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns for key decision-makers (CXOs, EHS Heads, Supply Chain Directors, Procurement Leaders).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI; prepare monthly reports for leadership review.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Create and manage LinkedIn-based lead generation funnels targeting high-value B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor lead flow, campaign efficiency, and revenue contribution.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through nurturing, remarketing, and relationship-building campaigns.
  • Events, Expos & Exhibitions
  • Plan and execute company participation in major trade shows, industry expos, and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, booth design, promotional material, and pre-/post-event engagement.
  • Represent the organization at select events to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead and mentor marketing teams including digital, content, and design specialists.
  • Set clear KPIs, ensure timely execution of marketing plans, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Encourage creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Content & Collateral Development
  • Supervise the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, digital assets, and video content.
  • Ensure all content clearly communicates the organization's value proposition to both technical and managerial audiences.
  • Maintain a balance between technical accuracy and marketing clarity.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies, identify new geographies, and expand target segments.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for marketing and lead acquisition improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial technology, SaaS, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven success in LinkedIn-based lead generation and revenue-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
