Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Marketing
    • Develop and execute annual marketing calendars for watches and jewelry brands within wholesale channels.
    • Adapt global brand strategies to the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with brand identity.
    • Manage PR, media, and influencer collaborations to build brand awareness in the UAE/GCC.
  • Trade & Retail Marketing
    • Plan and implement in-store activations, events, and promotions with wholesale partners.
    • Coordinate POS materials, displays, and promotional assets in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
    • Monitor marketing compliance across retailers and ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Digital & Communication
    • Support digital marketing initiatives with wholesale partners, including social media campaigns, e-commerce assets, and co-op marketing.
    • Create content briefs and ensure consistent messaging across online and offline platforms.
  • Market & Business Support
    • Analyze sales and marketing data to measure ROI and adjust strategies.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to management.
    • Partner with the sales team to support key account marketing initiatives.
