Suryaprabha Solar is a leading solar energy solutions provider delivering high-quality rooftop solar installations and reliable after-sales support. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and brand growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google platforms, and other channels.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly lead and sales targets.
• Create marketing content including posters, ads, and online materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (solar experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
