We are passionate about delivering top-quality services, including sports coaching and development, complete ECA programs for schools, sports holiday camps, facility management, and supplying PE teachers. Our organization offers a comprehensive range of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs, led by a team of fully-qualified coaches, throughout UAE and KSA.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to drive student registrations, brand strength and commercial growth across both UAE and KSA by managing Elite’s full marketing funnel — including paid digital campaigns, yearly marketing calendar planning, content strategy, agency management, new venue launches and data-driven performance reporting.

The purpose of this role is not just brand visibility, but predictable, measurable and cost-efficient enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

· Coordinate all paid advertising campaigns with the external SEO/SEM provider

· Create campaign briefs per sport, venue, age group and city

· Approve messaging, creatives, audience targeting and landing pages

· Track campaign performance: CPL, CTR, CPA, conversions

· Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets per programme and term

2) Brand & Content Strategy

· Lead content strategy across UAE & KSA based on storytelling, social proof and achievements

· Plan and manage production of reels, photos, testimonials, highlights and coach features

· Oversee social posting schedule and community management

· Maintain Elite’s brand identity and tone of voice across all channels

3) Annual Marketing & Social Calendar

· Build and manage a yearly calendar aligned to:

o Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3 seasons

o Winter, Spring, Summer & Mid-Term holiday camps

o Trials weeks, leagues and tournaments

o Back-to-school periods

· Plan campaigns in advance to ensure operations begin each term with full enrolment

4) New Venue Launch Marketing

  • Lead the full marketing launch plan for every new venue across UAE & KSA
  • Coordinate with operations and business development to understand:
  • Schedules, capacities, pricing and target segments
  • Execute a 6-week launch funnel: geo-targeted ads, landing pages, trials push, communications, social exposure
  • Manage post-launch growth for first 60 days to ensure full classes and retention

5) Internal Marketing Support

  • Provide branding and marketing materials for venues, leagues and camps
  • Produce digital and physical assets including banners, posters and flyers
  • Support sponsor activations and partner branding requirements

6) Data, Performance & Reporting

  • Track the full customer journey from ad click → enquiry → trial → paid registration
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Recommend spend adjustments and optimisation plans
  • Present campaign ROI and forecast upcoming demand by venue and sport

7) Management of External SEO/SEM Provider

  • Supply campaign briefs, timelines and budget instructions
  • Approve keyword strategy, ad copy and landing page alignment
  • Review performance and challenge low-performing campaign elements
  • Ensure SEO strategy supports Elite’s long-term growth objectives

Job Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years performance-based marketing experience
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions
  • Proven experience managing external digital agencies
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and internal coordination skills
  • Sports/education/youth/fitness industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised and proactive — plans campaigns ahead of the season
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Makes decisions based on numbers, not “likes” or vanity metrics
  • Confident managing agencies and suppliers
  • Calm under pressure during peak registration periods
  • Obsessed with improving conversions and ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
