Core responsibilities
- Strategy development: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop multi-channel marketing plans with specific objectives.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish, including new product launches.
- Team and agency leadership: Lead a marketing team or coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Budgeting and resource planning: Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Performance analysis: Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to extract key insights and make recommendations for future strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Content oversight: Approve and oversee the creation of marketing content and promotional messaging.
