Position Overview
Elysian Medspa & Rejuvenation Center is seeking a creative, energetic, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our brand growth efforts across digital and local channels. This role combines social media management, content production, digital advertising, and community outreach to attract new clients and elevate Elysian’s reputation as a premier destination for medical aesthetics and wellness.
The ideal candidate is organized, trend-savvy, visually creative, and comfortable engaging with clients both online and in person
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Elysian’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and brand messaging.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engagement in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Track insights, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategies.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing services, results, staff, events, and educational content.
- Film before/afters (with client consent), behind-the-scenes clips, treatment demos, and trending reels.
- Edit content to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the clinical team for accurate medical messaging.
Foot Marketing & Community Outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community partners.
- Conduct in-person outreach to drive awareness of services and promotions.
- Represent Elysian at local events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate pop-ups, cross-promotions, and collaborative campaigns.
Digital Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop A/B tests for creative, targeting, and messaging.
- Ensure ads comply with medical aesthetic industry regulations.
Innovative Marketing Strategy
- Develop fresh marketing ideas to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Propose new tools, partnerships, loyalty programs, and campaign concepts.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive offerings, and digital marketing innovations.
- Track KPIs and assist in monthly marketing reporting.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (aesthetic or beauty industry experience preferred).
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Reels/TikTok experience essential).
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality comfortable with in-person outreach.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns, including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising, to increase online traffic and engagement.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, email marketing, and social media content creation.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve customer targeting.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
- Manage advertising sales efforts and collaborate with external agencies for print advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for strategic planning.
- Maintain budgets for marketing projects while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate e-commerce platforms like WordPress and HTML-based landing pages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and related web development tools.
- Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing, product management, and sales support activities.
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize results.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools for multichannel campaign management.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Knowledge of advertising sales strategies across digital and print media channels.
- Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and consumer insights.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while delivering measurable results on campaigns.
