Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and managing a diverse range of marketing activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to enhance our market presence and support sales objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including copywriting, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and website content updates using WordPress and HTML.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize future efforts.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Design print advertising materials as needed and oversee their distribution.
  • Monitor industry developments in digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for creative assets development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding skills preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored for different audiences.
  • Experience in product management and sales enablement strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
