We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. <Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing approaches including digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Lead the creation and management of compelling content marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to improve website visibility, utilizing keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to increase followers and foster community interaction.
  • Implement and optimize advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates through targeted email marketing and personalized messaging.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to support product launches through targeted promotional activities.
  • Manage budgets for various marketing projects ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, print materials, and social content.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in performance marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging digital trends.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising (Google AdWords & Facebook Ads), and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML basics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing advertising sales or working within an e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data insights into actionable plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within budget constraints.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
