Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing plans.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, including B2B marketing initiatives.
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform, including WordPress site updates, HTML adjustments, and product management.
- Develop budgets for marketing projects and oversee their execution to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead multichannel marketing efforts that integrate digital advertising, social media outreach, email campaigns, and print advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and other paid social channels.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WordPress; basic HTML skills are a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Strong research skills to identify market trends and customer insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
