Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities aimed at increasing patient footfall and strengthening the hospital’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for OPD/IPD growth
• Manage digital marketing: social media, Google Ads, SEO, website updates
• Organize health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs
• Coordinate with doctors for promotions, specialty clinics, and patient education
• Ensure consistent branding across all hospital materials
• Monitor patient feedback and manage online reputation
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Preferred: Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing
