Atticare is a fast-growing home services company specializing in attic/crawlspace solutions, insulation, air sealing, wildlife, and energy-efficiency upgrades. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on Marketing Managerwho can execute, optimize, and scale our marketing engine—not just manage agencies.

What We’re Looking For

This role is NOT for someone who only delegates or manages outside vendors.
This role is for a doer—someone who can open the platform, build the campaigns, run the ads, fix the tracking, and scale results.

We highly prefer candidates with experience in the Home Services industry (insulation, HVAC, roofing, pest control, remodeling, plumbing, solar, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Local, Performance Max).
  • Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Own our SEO strategy: on-page improvements, local SEO, GMB optimization, and content direction.
  • Manage website CRO: landing pages, funnels, forms, call-tracking, and attribution.
  • Track, analyze, and report results with real ROI metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, booking rate).
  • Reduce dependency on agencies by executing most core marketing functions internally.
  • Work closely with leadership to plan campaigns, budgets, and monthly/quarterly growth targets.
  • Improve tracking infrastructure (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CallRail, etc.)
  • Manage additional channels as needed: LSA, YouTube, retargeting, email, SMS, and more.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running PPC & Meta Ads (not just overseeing agencies).
  • Demonstrated results—you must be able to show metrics from past campaigns.
  • Strong SEO knowledge (local SEO highly preferred).
  • Experience in Home Services is a major plus and will be prioritized.
  • Familiarity with GHL, Zoho, CRM integrations, and automation is a plus.
  • Data-driven thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,592.84 - $75,746.21 per year
