Job Title: Head of Marketing – Marble & Natural Stone Industry

Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy for the company’s marble and natural stone products across domestic and international markets. This role involves brand building, lead generation, digital marketing, channel marketing, and close collaboration with sales and production to drive business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration in the marble and natural stone sector.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging design/architectural trends.
- Lead branding initiatives, product positioning, and value propositions.
2. Product & Category Marketing
- Plan product launches, brochure creation, sample kits, and showroom marketing.
- Work closely with production and R&D to understand stone varieties, finishes, and technical specifications.
- Benchmark competitor products, pricing, and market movements.
3. Sales & Business Development Support
- Generate qualified leads through B2B and B2C channels (builders, architects, interior designers, dealers, export clients).
- Support the sales team with promotional materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop dealer/distributor marketing programs and incentives.
4. Digital Marketing
- Manage digital presence: website, social media, SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and online catalogs.
- Create high-quality content: installations, 3D renders, design inspiration, quarry process storytelling, etc.
- Track digital performance metrics and optimize for cost-effective growth.
5. Branding & Communication
- Oversee brand identity, packaging, showroom experience, and corporate communication.
- Build strong relationships with architectural, real estate, and design communities through events, exhibitions, and collaborations
- Conduct market research on pricing, demand trends, competition, and customer preference
Qualifications
- Any degree
- 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in marble, tiles, building materials, luxury décor, or construction products.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing.
- Excellent communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,428.71 - ₹39,527.13 per month
