The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads, build brand presence, and support sales teams for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves digital & offline marketing, branding, event coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing projects.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide campaigns.

Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with lead generation targets.

2. Digital Marketing

Manage social media, website content, SEO, SEM, and Google/Facebook Ads.

Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase quality leads.

Track performance metrics (CPL, ROI, CTR) and optimise campaigns accordingly.

Coordinate with agencies for creative, video, and digital output.

3. Branding & Creative Development

Oversee development of brochures, hoardings, videos, walkthroughs, and project collaterals.

Ensure brand guidelines and communication style are consistent across all platforms.

Plan branding activities for new project launches.

4. Lead Generation & CRM

Plan and execute lead generation activities (online ads, events, tele-calling campaigns).

Monitor CRM data, track lead quality, and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.

Support sales team with marketing insights and promotional content.

5. Events & On-ground Marketing

Organise property exhibitions, site events, channel partner meets, and customer engagement programs.

Coordinate with vendors for standees, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

Handle marketing budgets, cost negotiations, and vendor payments.

Monitor spending and ensure campaigns stay within approved budgets.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of real estate marketing (digital + offline).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA in Marketing preferred.
