Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive footfall, and boost sales for the Jewels & Sarees showroom. This role involves planning campaigns, managing digital and offline promotions, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends to position the brand effectively in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and seasonal peaks (festivals, weddings).
- Identify target customer segments and craft strategies to engage them effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt marketing approaches.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and festive collections.
- Manage digital marketing efforts such as social media, email marketing, and online ads.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, branding, and PR activities.
Event Management & Customer Engagement:
- Organize in-store events, fashion shows, product launches, and customer loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Manager to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Plan and manage bridal trousseau exhibitions and exclusive preview events.
Brand Building & Communication:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Develop creative content for print, digital, and in-store promotional materials.
- Manage the showroom’s social media presence and website updates.
Budget & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize marketing spend based on ROI and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, jewellery, or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
