Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
  • Branding & Campaign Management
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all channels.
  • Design, execute, and monitor campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events) to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • Coordinate project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize online presence and project microsites.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support conversion through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and virtual tours.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Liaise with external agencies, media houses, and vendors for creative development, PR, and ad placements.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spend.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
  • Present regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in real estate marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, analytics tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
