Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.
  • Manage and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
  • Manage budgets for advertising campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, HTML, and other web development tools.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
  • Design and execute print advertising campaigns as needed to complement digital efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and WordPress website management.
  • Basic understanding of HTML coding for website updates.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data using analytics tools.
  • Experience in copywriting for various formats including web content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining campaign performance goals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present strategic ideas clearly.
