We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and website traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Implement multichannel marketing campaigns integrating email marketing, content marketing, and advertising sales.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements using copywriting best practices.
- Manage advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels.
- Analyze website traffic with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate product management initiatives related to marketing efforts for e-commerce platforms built on WordPress or similar CMS.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support B2B marketing initiatives.
- Prepare budgets for marketing projects and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms and advertising tools such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
- Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, and basic web development principles for content management and website updates.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
- Experience in multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms including email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing practices, product management principles, budgeting processes, and print advertising methods.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
