Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Jeddah. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness. The role includes collaborating with creative teams, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and building relationships with clients to deliver results-driven marketing solutions. The role also involves providing strategic guidance to ensure that the team aligns with the organization's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strategic marketing skills, including campaign management, marketing strategy development, and brand positioning
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire creative teams effectively
• Analytical skills for data interpretation, insights generation, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics dashboards, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency is advantageous
