Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & planning:
    1. Contributes to the development and execution of comprehensive program for new product launches in all countries, including post-launch follow-up.
    2. Implements the annual plan of marketing activities in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Business Development Team.
    3. Devise a strategy to acquire a leading share of voice across both online & offline marketing channels.
    4. Utilize a data-driven approach to implement and monitor marketing activities, ensuring efficient budget utilization and effective ROI management.
  2. Marketing communications:
    1. Develops and oversees the annual content production plan for both B2B and B2C initiatives.
    2. Ensures uniformity in marketing messages across all communication channels.
    3. Evaluates and refines the interpretation of medical features into consumer-friendly language to effectively differentiate products.
    4. Supports business development team in advertising seasonal sales promotions.
  3. Digital marketing:
    1. Develops an annual advertising plan in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team, regularly monitoring and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
    2. Work closely with the field force team to collect B2C & B2B market feedback, optimizing all marketing communications.
  4. Events & exhibitions:
    1. Collaborates with the Equipment Regional Marketing Manager in annual participation in dermatology conferences & exhibitions.
    2. Coordinates with the Business Development team to promote the medical education program across online & offline marketing channels.
    3. Supports field marketing & business development teams in activation events.

Qualifications & requirements:

Professional Experience & Educational background:
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years in a marketing management role within the aesthetic injectables industry.
  • Education: A degree in marketing is required in addition to medical or pharmaceutical background
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven team leader with experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinker capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
Job Specific Experience:
  1. Proven track record in aesthetic medicine marketing management.
  2. Experience in managing digital and physical events.
  3. Knowledge of CRM marketing.
  4. Deep understanding of PPC, email, and similar digital marketing strategies.
