We're hiring a Marketing Manager with strong UAE market experience and a proven background in e-commerce marketing. You’ll lead brand campaigns, market expansion strategies, and cross-functional efforts to grow WOW VIR as the region’s top gifting app.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end marketing strategy
• Plan seasonal campaigns and product launches
• Lead influencer partnerships, promotions, and events
• Collaborate with product, logistics, and catalog teams
• Analyze marketing data and present insights to management

Requirements:

• 8+ years in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Experience managing teams and agencies
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE customer landscape
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
