ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart, energetic Marketing Manager who can plan and execute marketing activities to generate high-quality enquiries for electric two-wheelers. The person will work closely with the Sales Executives to run field activities, track performance, and ensure consistent lead flow.
This role requires someone who is creative, data-driven, and strong in execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1️ Lead Generation & Enquiry Growth
- Plan and execute daily/weekly lead generation activities
- Run BTL activities: canopy setups, roadshows, school/college campaigns, society activities
- Ensure minimum daily/weekly enquiry targets are achieved
- Manage digital lead intake (Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp Business)
2️ Sales Coordination
- Assign leads to Sales Executives and monitor follow-up
- Coordinate field marketing activities with sales team
- Track lead-to-visit-to-delivery conversion funnel
- Follow up on cold enquiries to revive them
3️ Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and run festival/seasonal campaigns
- Contact corporates, institutes & societies for EV awareness drives
- Plan marketing budget vs performance
4️ Branding & Content Support
- Create content ideas for social media: reels, posters, offers
- Coordinate with graphic designer/agency
- Ensure brand visibility inside and outside showroom
5️ Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain a marketing performance sheet (daily enquiries, cost per lead, conversions)
- Give weekly reports on best-performing activities
- Suggest process improvements based on data
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good communication & coordination
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (bonus)
- Strong execution ability
- Understanding of ground-level marketing
- Ability to work with sales team under targets
- Social media awareness (Instagram/Facebook ads basics is a plus)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
