The Candidate

A driven self starter with excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. An astute creative and critical thinker who conceptualises and implements innovative solutions in a fast paced environment. A proactive nature coupled with meticulous attention to detail, a can do attitude and a flair for ownership make you highly motivated.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in a Marketing role in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage guests, Five Tribe members and stakeholders.
• Superior problem solving skills and the competence to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
• Creativity and ownership to drive brand success.
• Knowledge and interest in social media platforms and marketing.
• Proficient in copywriting and communications.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Hands on attitude fuelled by a can do spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, innovative, and visually stunning social media content to elevate Five's sensational food and beverage concepts and events.
• Manage social media calendars; support photoshoots; copywrite brand focused messages for scheduled posts; attend events and activations to capture content for stories.
• Address guest concerns and reviews on all social media and online platforms; coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure five star customer service.
• Track relevant social media influencers to identify opportunities to elevate the brand and extend reach through influencer collaborations.
• Upload approved blog articles and brief graphic designers to create accompanying images.
• Liaise with the public relations agency to provide briefs and imagery to take Five's reputation to the next level.
• Innovate creative ideas to drive revenue and sales to our sensational food and beverage venues.
• Work with other Five Tribe members to develop and execute new event concepts.
