Rahane Realty, is a premium real estate firm based in Noida Sector 96. We specialize in luxury residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Female Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Branding to drive high-quality leads, create strong brand visibility, and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives for our luxury real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on qualified real estate leads.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure achievement of monthly lead and conversion goals.
- Apply insights from campaign analytics to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to align efforts with business objectives and ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize and script property shoot videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content, and actively participate in shoots as an on-screen brand representative when required.( Mandatory)
- Independently write and develop content for blogs, website pages, project descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and SEO-friendly content that enhances brand positioning and digital visibility.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals and copy align with brand tone and luxury standards.
- Plan and execute email marketing and direct message (DM) campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
- Maintain lead databases and personalize outreach for targeted audience groups.
- Plan and manage property events, client meets, and promotional showcases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and lead conversion.
- Liaise with creative agencies, digital vendors, and media partners for campaign planning and delivery.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality of external deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and engagement outcomes.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Ensure achievement of defined performance benchmarks and deliverables as per company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience in content writing, scripting, and social media storytelling.
- Proficiency in creative coordination, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to brand language and luxury positioning.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
