We’ve outgrown the “one-person marketing agency” model and are transitioning away from outsourced PPC/SEO providers. Now, we want a professional, full-time in-house Marketing Manager ready to take us to the next level.

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all marketing operations, including paid ads, SEO, social media, and digital growth strategies. This person must have proven experience managing multi-channel marketing for a service-based or retail business (automotive industry a major plus).
You will own and optimize our entire marketing ecosystem—from Google Ads to Yelp reputation management—while creating innovative campaigns that bring new customers through the door and keep our brand top-of-mind in the community.
This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role with direct visibility to ownership and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & PPC
- Fully manage, optimize, and scale all PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, and display).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, split testing, landing page optimization, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Reduce cost-per-lead while increasing conversion rates and appointment volume.
SEO & Website Management
- Oversee all website updates, landing pages, and conversion funnel improvements.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Ensure technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local SEO best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with our tech teams if needed, or independently manage site edits.
Google Business Profile & Yelp
- Own and manage Google Business Profile updates, posting, category optimizations, photos, and Q&A engagement.
- Respond to customer reviews professionally and quickly, protecting brand reputation.
- Optimize Yelp presence, engagement, and lead generation.
Social Media Management
- Plan and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Create reels, stories, short videos, team highlights, customer testimonials, and shop updates.
- Develop unique, creative ideas that drive awareness and social engagement.
- Track performance analytics and build campaigns that convert followers into paying customers.
Brand Development & Local Marketing
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Develop promotional campaigns (email, SMS, seasonal campaigns, referral programs, etc.).
- Lead creative projects including photography, videography, and ad content.
- Manage marketing vendors when necessary, ensuring high ROI.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Provide weekly analytics reports including:
- ROI on campaigns
- New customer acquisition
- Lead volume & conversion rates
- Cost-per-appointment & cost-per-acquisition
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dashboards
- Make strategic recommendations based on data, trends, and KPIs.
QualificationsRequired
- 3–5+ years of professional marketing experience with measurable results.
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and PPC at scale.
- Deep understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital funnel optimization.
- Experience managing Google Business and Yelp for multi-location or high-volume service businesses.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Clackamas, Oregon.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the automotive repair, dealership, or service industry.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Shop-Ware, AutoVitals, Kukui, etc.).
- Graphic design, photography, or video editing experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $65,000–$95,000 DOE
Base salary is determined by experience level and ability to independently manage full-stack marketing.
Performance Commission Structure Includes:
- ROI bonuses based on paid ads return
- New customer growth bonuses
