About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and brand-oriented
Marketing Manager
to drive the marketing strategy of a premium interior design and furnishing company in Dubai. The role is focused on
Italian luxury aesthetics
, overseeing both traditional and digital marketing to position the brand as a leader in high-end, end-to-end Italian-themed interiors.
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Positioning & Strategy

Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s positioning in Italian luxury interiors.

Elevate brand awareness and perception among HNW individuals, developers, architects, and luxury lifestyle influencers in the UAE.

Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s Italian design ethos, craftsmanship, and sophistication.
Digital Marketing

Lead content creation and curation for social media, website, and digital campaigns.

Manage SEO, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM engagement workflows.
Offline & In-Showroom Marketing

Plan and execute luxury events, showroom activations, private viewings, and collaborations with interior design professionals or luxury lifestyle brands.

Coordinate photoshoots and videos showcasing project completions and product storytelling.

Work closely with the showroom team to optimize visual merchandising and in-store communication.
Partnerships & PR

Build partnerships with architects, developers, interior designers, and luxury real estate agencies.

Manage relationships with PR firms, influencers, and design publications.

Ensure regular media coverage in premium home décor, lifestyle, and design platforms (online & print).
Market Research & Analytics

Monitor market trends in luxury design and interiors, especially within the Italian furnishing segment.

Analyze marketing performance metrics, conversion data, and customer behavior to optimize campaign ROI.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and brand perception studies.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, preferably within luxury interiors, design, or high-end retail environments.

Design Fluency:
Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of Italian interiors, design trends, and luxury consumer behavior.

Skills:

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Canva/Adobe Suite.

Event planning and partnership negotiation experience.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Italian is an asset).
