Marketing Manager

Rev Up the Brand. Fuel the Lifestyle.

About Us

We’re not just a Harley-Davidson dealership, we’re a destination. Fresh off a full-scale renovation, our dealership has been reimagined into a hub for riders, enthusiasts, and dreamers. Here, chrome meets culture, horsepower meets heart, and every day is an opportunity to share the freedom of the open road.

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the throttle and drive our brand into the future; someone who can merge strategy, creativity, and passion to make our dealership the go-to Harley-Davidson experience in the region.

Position Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in crafting, executing, and optimizing dynamic marketing campaigns that ignite excitement, attract riders, and build lasting customer loyalty. You’ll shape how our community sees us, from our online presence to in-store experiences, while bringing the Harley-Davidson lifestyle to life across every channel.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a knack for turning creative ideas into high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Brand: Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, and experiential platforms that align with Harley-Davidson’s legendary identity and our dealership’s unique personality.
  • Create Buzz: Conceptualize and manage campaigns that fuel awareness, engagement, and traffic both online and on the showroom floor.
  • Events that Move People: Coordinate unforgettable events, rides, and promotions that celebrate the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and strengthen community connections.
  • Own the Digital Road: Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and web presence with engaging, authentic content that captures the spirit of freedom.
  • Collaborate to Dominate: Partner with department managers, vendors, and the broader H-D network to create unified, brand-forward campaigns.
  • Analyze & Accelerate: Track performance metrics, ROI, and audience insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead the Charge: Bring fresh ideas, bold energy, and unstoppable initiative to elevate our dealership’s brand visibility and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just a marketer, you’re a storyteller, a strategist, and a Harley-Davidson enthusiast at heart. You thrive on fast-paced challenges and love seeing your work turn into real-world impact.

You should have:

  • Proven marketing experience (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
  • Mastery of HubSpot and other digital marketing tools (certifications a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, digital advertising, and analytics
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Google tools
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
  • A self-starter mindset, you don’t wait for direction; you make things happen
  • Creativity that balances strategy with authenticity
  • A passion for motorcycles, lifestyle branding, and building community

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Frequent walking throughout the dealership and during events
  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and physical setup for events or displays
  • Fast-paced, multi-location environment requiring adaptability and focus
  • Exposure to typical dealership conditions (exhaust, noise, cleaning chemicals, etc.)

Why Join Us

At Harley-Davidson, we don’t just sell motorcycles; we sell freedom, identity, and adventure. Here, your ideas matter, your creativity fuels connection, and your work inspires people to ride.

If you’re ready to make your mark on an iconic brand and help shape the next chapter of our dealership’s legacy, we want to hear from you.
