With consistent year-over-year growth and increasing market presence, we are ready to elevate our marketing execution, brand consistency, and campaign output. We are looking for a driven, curious, detail-oriented Marketing Program Coordinator to take our marketing operations to the next level.
Position Overview
The Marketing Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across print, digital, email, and social channels. This role blends creative design, project management, and clear communication to ensure KIG’s brand is consistently represented and our outreach programs are tracked, measured, and continuously improved.
You will support marketing for property listings, inbound and outbound campaigns, brand storytelling, client communication, and internal content development (including AI-powered workflows). This is a hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing programs, including:
- Property listing campaigns
- Print mail campaigns
- Digital remarketing campaigns
- Manage mailing lists, address verification, and postal logistics.
- Set up and track email campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
- Create social media content calendars and publish posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs.
Design & Content Production
- Produce visually compelling marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social assets, offering memorandums) using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Develop copy for email campaigns, marketing pieces, and social posts with clear and concise writing.
Technology & AI Utilization
- Implement AI tools to streamline content creation, data organization, and campaign optimization.
- Experiment with new tools and approaches to enhance efficiency and output.
- Document and refine AI-driven processes for repeatability.
Project Management
- Coordinate workflows for property marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and brokerage teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-through with strong executional discipline.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.
- Proven design skills and a portfolio showcasing relevant work (required).
- Experience using:
- Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools
- Social media management platforms
- Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (or comparable)
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable executing mailing campaigns (print and digital).
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
