Duties

  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Create visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing industry related software.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
  • Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistent messaging across all channels while supporting e-commerce efforts through targeted digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to uphold quality standards before publication; ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns that integrate video editing, web analytics, and social media marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling; Google Analytics for performance tracking; Facebook Advertising for targeted campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, social listening tools, and web analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in branding efforts.
  • Experience in relationship management within public relations contexts; ability to foster positive stakeholder engagement.
  • Basic photography skills for creating engaging visual content; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
