Marketing & Sales Associate – Luxury Fragrance Boutique (SoHo)

Osswald NYC is a luxury fragrance boutique in SoHo with a global reputation for niche, high-end perfumery. We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online presence, digital marketing, and website operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and capable of driving online growth through consistent marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and execute weekly marketing content (reels, stories, product highlights, campaigns).
• Manage Instagram and TikTok posting schedules.
• Track engagement and performance metrics.
• Support ongoing brand storytelling and product promotion.

Email Marketing

• Build and send weekly marketing emails (new arrivals, promotions, campaigns).
• Manage customer email lists and segmentation.
• Track email performance and optimize for engagement and sales.

E-Commerce / Website

• Update product listings, photos, pricing, and descriptions.
• Manage homepage banners and promotional sections.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with the store team.
• Upload new brands, collections, and holiday/seasonal features.

General

• Collaborate closely with store management on marketing priorities.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Assist with seasonal campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Optional hybrid schedule after training period (in-office + remote).

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce (1 year preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing tools.
• Basic skills in Shopify and Canva/editing apps.
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in luxury beauty or fragrance is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
• Part time position
• Hybrid available after onboarding
• Located in SoHo, Manhattan
