Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid expertise in client acquisition, servicing, and relationship management. Candidates with prior exposure to mutual fund sales, distribution, or financial product marketing will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through active field sales and direct interactions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential customer segments, and competitive trends.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, digital outreach, and referral channels.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and support.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable product recommendations—especially in mutual fund or financial services contexts.
- Address customer queries, escalate issues when needed, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and field activities to drive brand visibility and lead flow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted sales and brand-building strategies.
- Support digital and on-ground marketing initiatives aimed at customer education and acquisition.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, client status, and sales achievements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and mutual fund distribution norms (as applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to field sales and direct customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of financial products; experience in mutual fund sales/distribution is highly preferred.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,589.10 - ₹55,426.74 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
