Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an energetic and experienced Marketing & Sales Officer to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the UAE. The ideal candidate must come from the building materials or construction-related industry, preferably with experience in glass manufacturing, pipes, façade systems, metal works, or related products. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and develop new clients within construction and building materials sectors.
- Promote and sell company products, particularly those related to glass, pipes, facade systems, and structural materials.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical product presentations as required.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase market penetration.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing activities such as social media updates, product promotions, and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely responses, support, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery follow-up, and product availability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the building materials or construction industry.
- Preferred industry background: glass manufacturing, glass processing, pipes, facades, cladding materials, aluminum/steel products, or similar sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within the UAE construction market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
