Job Vacancy – Marketing & Sales Supervisor (Travel & Tourism)

Global Wealth Group – Wealth Line Travel & Tourism is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Supervisor with a solid background in the Travel & Tourism industry only.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and update the company website regularly.

* Handle and grow all social media pages professionally.

* Create and organize landing pages and online content for offers.

* Develop and update WhatsApp API templates and guide the team to use them.

* Supervise and direct both indoor and outdoor sales teams.

* Guide the outdoor sales team in distributing vouchers and flyers.

* Be fully responsible for company revenue and team performance.

* Monitor marketing campaigns and boost team productivity.

Requirements:

* 5–10 years of experience in travel & tourism only.

* Strong knowledge of website management and digital marketing.

* Familiar with CRM systems and customer data handling.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Must currently reside in the UAE.

Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000

Commission based on team productivity

Probation Period: 1 month

عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة Marketing & Sales Supervisor بخبرة قوية في قطاع السياحة والسفر فقط.

المهام الأساسية:

* إدارة وتفعيل موقع الشركة الإلكتروني (Website) وتحديث المحتوى بشكل دوري.

* إنشاء وإدارة صفحات السوشيال ميديا الخاصة بالشركة.

* تصميم وتنظيم الصفحات الإلكترونية الخاصة بالعروض والخدمات.

* إعداد وتحديث قوالب رسائل الواتساب API وتوجيه الفريق لاستخدامها.

* توجيه ومتابعة فريق المبيعات الداخلي والخارجي.

* دعم الفريق الخارجي (Outdoor Sales) في بيع الفاوتشرز والبروشورات.

* الإشراف على دخل الشركة وإنتاجية فريق المبيعات بالكامل.

* متابعة أداء الحملات التسويقية وتطوير الخطط لزيادة الأرباح.

المتطلبات:

خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال السياحة والسفر فقط.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المواقع الإلكترونية والسوشيال ميديا.

معرفة بعمليات الـ CRM وتنظيم البيانات داخل الأنظمة.

مهارات قيادية قوية في توجيه فرق المبيعات والتسويق.

إقامة سارية داخل الإمارات.

المميزات:

الراتب الأساسي: من 3000 إلى 4000 درهم

عمولة (Commission) على إنتاجية الفريق الذي يشرف عليه

فترة تجربة: شهر واحد
