NOW HIRING: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for Vacation Rental Company

We are a growing vacation rental company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a strong, trustworthy presence in the short-term rental market. We manage a portfolio of stylish, high-performing properties and are looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven marketing professional to take our brand to the next level and to assist in managing our current social media platforms.

Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site as well as some remote work.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase bookings, brand visibility, and guest engagement.
• Assist and help to Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, blog posts, and email newsletters.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with peak travel seasons and promotions.
• Respond to comments and engage with potential guests across platforms.
• Track analytics, monitor trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers to help with content

Who We’re Looking For:

• A creative storyteller with excellent writing and visual communication skills.
• Someone who understands the vacation rental/short-term rental industry (Airbnb/VRBO experience is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, scheduling, and brand consistency.
• Experience with Canva, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
• Bonus: SEO knowledge, paid ad management experience, or hospitality background.
