Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Department: Marketing
Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute omni-channel campaigns across all Key One divisions — Property Management, Holiday Homes, Brokerage, and Interior Design.
The ideal candidate will focus on creating and managing integrated campaigns across paid platforms, email, WhatsApp, and social media. This role will also work closely with the Content Strategist to ensure cohesive messaging, impactful engagement, and measurable business results across each business unit.
Key Responsibilities
· Omni-Channel Campaigns
o Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
o Align campaigns to the specific needs of Property Management, Holiday Homes, Brokerage, and Interior Design.
o Use A/B testing and analytics to drive performance and lead generation.
· Email & WhatsApp Marketing
o Build and execute segmented, automated campaigns for landlords, tenants, clients, and guests.
o Track and report performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) with clear recommendations for improvement.
· Content & Social Collaboration
o Partner with the Content Strategist to schedule and publish social posts across business units.
o Support creation of campaign-specific assets (ads, banners, email content).
o Ensure unified brand voice across all channels.
· Analytics & Reporting
o Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports on digital campaigns.
o Monitor competitor campaigns and identify new opportunities.
· Cross-Team Alignment
o Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales to ensure campaigns are business-driven.
o Act as the digital execution arm of broader marketing strategies.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing campaign execution (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle industries).
· Proven ability to manage paid ads, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
· Strong skills in campaign analytics and optimization.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
· Hands-on experience with campaign management tools such as:
o Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o Email automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
o WhatsApp Business API / automation platforms
· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
· Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
