Marketing Specialist

Job description:

Boulder’s leading commercial real estate firm, Gibbons-White, Inc., seeks an energetic Part-Time (20-25 hours) Marketing Specialist to join our highly respected, fast-paced, fun and hard-working team. Our hours are 7:30 - 5:00 Monday – Thursday and 7:30 – 1:00 on Friday. Ideally, this person would work a regular schedule 3-5 days a week with potential for growth as additional marketing campaigns are launched.

Primary duties to assist with all marketing materials including:

• creating & updating brochures in indesign
• using photoshop to edit and label images
• updating websites with listing availability changes (this is a multi-step process requiring someone very organized and focused)
• sending announcements in mailchimp or similar
• working with brokers to prepare proposals and presentations
• creating ads and custom marketing piece designs for company
• assisting property management team with visual materials as needed
• curating and administrating social media content (requires collaboration, follow and multi-step approvals)
• coordinating open houses

Qualifications:

• Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Office/Windows and Creative Suite experience.
• Well versed in graphic design, SEO & creating social media content in a professional setting with energy to grow.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are important to position, as is the ability to work creatively with others.
• Applicant should have an energetic and business comfortable demeanor with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize a variety of responsibilities.
• 4 year degreed and previous experience in a professional office desired.

Pay to be commensurate with skill and experience: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour. Benefits upon meeting eligibility requirements (limited benefits for part time).
