The Marketing Specialist for Restaurant Operations is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the restaurant outlets. The role involves digital marketing, campaign creation, promotional strategies, event coordination, and close collaboration with the operations team to ensure effective marketing support for daily business needs.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with restaurant goals and operational needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support brand positioning and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with regular content uploads.
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, and promotional posts.
- Monitor online reviews, respond to customer feedback, and enhance online presence.
- Work with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for targeted campaigns.
3. Promotions & Campaigns
- Develop monthly promotional activities, menu highlights, and limited-time offers.
- Coordinate with chefs and operations teams for product launches and menu updates.
- Create marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, table tents, and digital screens.
- Track performance of promotions and prepare ROI reports.
4. Events & Customer Engagement
- Organize in-house events, food festivals, themed nights, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and media for promotional partnerships.
- Support loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
5. Operational Coordination
- Work closely with restaurant managers to ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed.
- Provide marketing support for new restaurant openings, rebranding, and outlet upgrades.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to check marketing implementation and gather feedback.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor marketing KPIs, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.
- Use data insights to improve future marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital advertising.
- Good communication and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
- Photography, videography, and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage.
