Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. Duties

  • Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic, leveraging tools like WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics.
  • Manage content marketing initiatives including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics platforms to measure ROI, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and product management projects to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop budgets for marketing campaigns, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and visual design tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar systems; familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders effectively.
