Role Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the promotion of upstream oil & gas products, services, and technologies by developing marketing strategies, content, and campaigns tailored to technical and commercial audiences in the energy sector. The role requires a solid understanding of upstream operations, drilling, production, and well services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans targeting oil companies, NOCs, IOCs, and service providers.
- Create technical marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, datasheets, and presentations.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, LinkedIn campaigns, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate company participation in oil & gas exhibitions, trade shows, and technical conferences.
- Support tender marketing and bid submissions with clear messaging and engaging visuals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex services into clear value propositions.
- Maintain CRM systems and support lead generation and client engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business (oil & gas focus preferred).
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of upstream technologies (ESP, EPF, well testing, stimulation, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, WordPress).
- Strong writing, design, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
