Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with customers and clients. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and ensure seamless customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and maintain professional relationships
• Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to design and implement effective marketing initiatives
• Experience in Sales and a strong understanding of techniques to drive conversions
• Proficiency in Customer Service to support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
