Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist with at least two years of experience in the healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and enhancing our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage content creation, posting, and scheduling on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Google Ads & Meta Lead Generation:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ad creatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve ROI goals.
  • Content Creation & Design:
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, graphics, and email templates.
  • Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Website Management:
  • Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues as they arise.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Data Management & Automation:
  • Utilize Excel and Python to manage and analyze data for marketing strategies.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the health care sector.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
