This position focuses on translating revenue goals into measurable marketing outcomes by launching targeted, multi-channel campaigns that increase bookings, optimize rates, and grow direct booking share. The role includes listing optimization, content guidance aligned to campaigns, and retention programs to convert guests into repeat customers. The role requires owning ROI reporting and ensuring initiatives align with occupancy, rate, and rebooking performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to grow bookings and revenue by season/market
- Design and run promotions to drive shoulder-season demand and repeat stays
- Align messaging, offers, and creative to revenue targets and pacing
- Audit and optimize Airbnb listings (photos, descriptions, titles, positioning) to improve visibility and conversion
- A/B test thumbnails, headlines, and amenity callouts to lift CTR and booking rate
- Coordinate updated visuals and social proof (reviews, UGC) with the team
- Build strategies to increase direct bookings via website/landing pages and tracked campaigns
- Create and manage email/SMS flows (pre-arrival, post-stay, rebooking, promotions)
- Partner with the team to capture, segment, and leverage guest data for loyalty and rebook campaigns
- Track and report core metrics: occupancy, average nightly rate, direct booking percentage, and campaign ROI
- Build simple dashboards and weekly/monthly reports with insights and next steps
- Collaborate with pricing/revenue management inputs to align campaigns with rate and demand strategies
- Brief and guide content creation (reels, posts, videos) to support campaign goals
- Maintain a content calendar tied to launches, promotions, and seasonality
- Leverage micro-influencers and UGC to support conversion-oriented initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- 3+ years in performance/retention marketing with proven revenue impact
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental marketing
- Hands-on experience optimizing Airbnb/OTA listings and guest conversion funnels
- Ability to execute campaigns across Airbnb, direct website, social, and email channels
- Strong analytical skills with ROI reporting and KPI tracking
- WFH setup: computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, internet speed of at least 40Mbps, headset with noise-canceling mic and webcam, back-up computer and internet connection, quiet dedicated workspace
