Marketing Specialist – Travel Retail

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Specialist – Travel Retail to support marketing operations, campaign execution, and retail activations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials, and assisting with reporting and analysis to drive business results.

• Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for the procurement and delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.
• Assist in the execution of retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials and displays.
• Maintain accurate records for order forms, invoices, sales, and stock forecasts.
• Support ad-hoc requests such as samples, promotional items, and stock requirements.
• Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.
